An unmatched combination of service, knowledge, professionalism, experience and integrity is what you can expect when working with Christine Nicholson and L. Elle Baker, the Nicholson | Baker Team. Their foundation is based on a lifetime observing Denver’s growth and evolution from the town that wanted to be to the big city that now is! This allows Christine and Elle to have the knowledge and expertise of the neighborhoods in the Denver and Boulder metro areas. Elle was born and raised in The Mile High City, while Christine has called Denver home for more than three decades. They know the city you call home, because it is their home, and that pride and tradition is evident in the service and expertise they deliver with regularity.
They may both be “big city” women, but Christine and Elle also trace their roots back to small farm communities, where work ethic and integrity were at the forefront of their childhoods. While Elle was raised in the northwest suburbs of Denver, she spent her formative years at her grandparent’s farm on the eastern plains of Colorado. She now calls LoDo home, with an extensive knowledge of the area and its unique combination of historic condos and modern developments. Christine grew up in a small farming town in New Jersey and was drawn to the sales process early on. Today, the self-proclaimed “real estate junkie” lives in Denver’s Sunnyside community, a place she loves for its eclectic mix of architecture, walkability, and a tight-knit, inclusive neighborhood.
